Auburn is a small community, located in the heart of the California Gold Country, near the intersection of I-80 and CA-49 (see map page), 20 minutes to great shopping, a half hour to Sacramento, and 45 minutes to Sacramento International Airport. We have the American River and great hiking, biking, rafting, and fishing. Downtown Auburn, about 3 miles away, has great restaurants, local shopping and arts organizations. Woodside is also close to Auburn Faith Hospital and medical offices. Take a look at the “Helpful Local Links” on the left side of this page. Our official office hours are Monday through Friday 9-12 and 1-3, but give us a call. We often can show you around at other times too. Don’t hesitate to come up and drive around on weekends or other times. Our clubhouse is usually open. Usually there are residents in the clubhouse or out and about. Ask them about the park.
